AN EX-TENANT FILED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST ME, AS SHE DID NOT AGREE WITH MY LIST OF EXPENSES INCURRED TO BRING THE PROPERTY BACK UP TO LIVABLE CONDITIONS UPON TERMINATION OF HER LEASE CONTRACT. SUCH EXPENSES WERE EXTENSIVE ENOUGH THAT SHE ENDED UP INCURRING INTO EXPENSES THAT WENT BEYOND THE LEASE CONTRACT DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
I CALLED UPON MR GHUNEIM IN RESPONSE TO AN ADVERTISEMENT I GOT IN THE MAIL FROM HIS OFFICE WERE I WAS OFFERED LEGAL REPRESENTATION. I MET MR GHUNEIM THE DAY OF THE CITATION IN COURT. MR GHUNEIM ‘S CONFIDENT DEMEANOR MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE LITIGATION PROCESS; WHICH ENDED UP WITH A SATISFACTORY OUTCOME IN MY FAVOR.
